The Erasmus Centre for Health Care Management is an autonomous organization that is connected to the Institute of Health Policy and Management of the Erasmus University Rotterdam by a holding structure. The Erasmus Centre for Health Care Management was founded in 2002 in answer to increased requests from CEO’s and managers of health care organizations for custom made business and leadership programs.
The Erasmus Centre for Health Care Management aims to contribute to the quality of the management and the board of directors of health care organizations by offering exclusive and high quality postgraduate and executive programs for managers and CEO’s of health care organisations. All programs are supported by scientific research.
The Erasmus Centre for Health Care Management strives to create a platform for health care leaders for the exchange of knowledge and work experience. This should be a free zone to think about the future of health care and the developments in management and leadership. Furthermore, it is a place to reflect on the daily practice and to work on an effective and authentic management style.
